DIY: Themed Parrot Toys

Parrot toys can be made easily and cheaply without sacrificing visual appeal. Here are four examples of different themed parrot toys, all made with simple toy parts. Each theme is tied together by a specific color motif and reiterated by the shapes of the toy parts used.

Valentine's Day Toy: pine heart base, pine wood slats, wood beads, and natural vine hearts strung on poly rope

Mardi Gras/Carnival Toy: pine wood slats and natural vine shells strung on 1/8'' stainless steel chain

Daisy Toy: large palm leaf flower, wood beads, and wood pine slats strung on poly and coconut rope

Halloween Toy: natural vine balls, wood slats, and natural vine cones strung on poly rope (notice the hidden almonds in the cone)
